Team matches

Hey guys,

So I have done some thinking lately and run this idea past a couple members to receive positive feedback. I was thinking we should try to do team matches where it is someone's team vs ours. There are some good teams in the area and I think some like this would not only be fun but a good way to hone our skills in:

1. Team work- getting e two fire teams working in harmony with each other (from orders to tactics)
2. Fire team cohesion: help the each fire teams ability to function.
3. Good practice when against equal numbers. At ballahack we will a,ways get into those scenarios where weare against another forces that is equally sized. This will help us be better prepared for this situations.

All good by me, should be fun and will definitely get our name out there.

However, lets focus on getting our Applicants initiated and getting all members trained for now.

Sounds good to me, I think this is something we can do in the next year or two as some of us are pretty experienced and new comers should be ready by then.
